The
Track

The Kalispel Tribe wants Qlispé Raceway Park to be a top local track for hard-core drivers and race fans. Our current plans are to open the drag strip and road course. The oval track will likely not be used for racing events, as it needs new paving and significant additional investment.

The Tribe has also committed to purchasing a new timing system for the drag strip and hopes to have it installed by the end of the 2022 racing season. Improvements to the raceway won’t happen overnight, but upgrades will continue until QRP becomes the top track for racers in the region.

At The Wheel

As new owners of the track, the Kalispel Tribe looks forward to making improvements to the raceway property and bringing high quality racing back to the Inland Northwest. To help ensure these goals, Qlispé Raceway Park will be headed by General Manager Rodney J. Nomee, Kalispel Tribal Councilman and a proud member of the Northwest racing community for many years.

As one of the top ten employers in Spokane County, the Kalispel Tribe of Indians has an impressive track record for operating a variety of successful businesses, including Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Kalispel Golf and Country Club, several Chevron fuel and convenience stores and many more.
